IS2062 Carbon Steel
Grade Introduction:
IS2062 is a product standard of Bureau of Indian Standards for steel. It specifies standards for Hot Rolled Medium and High Tensile Structural Steel. These steels are used for structural purpose.
We manufacture Round Bars conforming to IS2062 Grade E250A from sizes 25mm to 80mm. Since they are low carbon steel bars, they offer good formability, weldability and machinability.
We can also provide you with the material in specific lengths or their multiples so that your wastages can be minimized.
IS2062 is also a standard which is compulsory for a manufacturer to have in India to produce Hot Rolled Steel for Medium and High Tensile Structural Purpose. Bureau Of Indian Standards issues it to companies having the requisite infrastructure and facilities to manufacture steel as per the IS 2062 specifications.
